Born and raised in Ireland, Jason McDonald came to the U.S. more 25 years ago and now calls Los Angeles home.
As COO of Anew Games, he blends a background in technology, entertainment, and creative development to keep ideas moving from concept to release.
Before joining Anew, Jason helped lead a media incubator spanning film and publishing.

Richard Sandoval is a Level Designer with a background in AAA development and a focus on crafting immersive, player-driven experiences. He previously worked at Romero Games on an unannounced first-person shooter led by John Romero, where he contributed to level design emphasizing player choice, pacing, and environmental storytelling.

Before that, Richard spent several years at Activision Blizzard, contributing to acclaimed franchises including Call of Duty, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, and Diablo II: Resurrected. His experience across both design and QA has given him a strong foundation in gameplay feel, iteration, and delivering polished, memorable experiences

David has been a longtime professional in the video games industry since 2012. His past media work includes managing teams and producing various works, such as podcasts, magazines, videos, and more.
